Great Book:

One of the favorites.  For you non-readers, its not a cover to cover type of book.  You can pick a section, read it in 10 minutes and put it down(although you wont want to).  Dr. Latham is a legend.

Another great book:

These guys are behavior analysts and really hit the mainstream with this classic.  Don’t let the new cover picture fool you…this one has been around.
